- Himanshu Jain has been in the field of Real Estate for almost 4 decades.
- He did his graduation in B.com (Hons.) from Hansraj College, Delhi University in the year 1984 and thereafter in same year joined Mr. Chaitanya Parekh’s Soham Builders then , very well-known developer of Thane, as a Sales person and ultimately headed his Sales team till 1997.
- In 1997, Mr. Jain along with his three partners started Grace Estate Consultancy Pvt. Ltd and in a short span of time they completed number of mandated projects.
- Mr. Jain has successfully completed more than 23 mandated projects till date with support of Channel partners and vast support of clients.
- In the Year 2008 he started a firm in the name of Aastha Investments and Marketing Services to cater to various requirements of his clients with respect to Real Estate Buying, Selling, Leasing and Investments.
- Mr. Jain is an esteemed member of CREDAI – MCHI Thane Unit, National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), TREK, TEAA, and also has been appointed as a conciliator on MAHARERA Conciliation forum SINCE 2018.
- Mr. Jain is closely associated with many Developers in Thane and Mumbai and gets involved with their projects of from the stage of inception
- He has to his credit more than 33 land deals during this journey of 4 decades. The latest one is the deal of the property of Thanawala Family (Popularly known as Thanawala Garage) in prime location of Panchpakhadi , Thane. This was considered to be most prestigious and sought after property /land in Thane. He structured the entire transaction with the Thanawala Family.
- Over the periods of time Aastha is successfully handling and managing the Real Estate portfolio of many of it’s customers and the number is consistently growing.
